This has been a challenging yet thoroughly enjoyable project for Living Gardens to build. The main challenge has been the weather, with Autumn wind, rain and early nights all kicking in at the same time. On top of this the garden has a beautiful backdrop of Oak trees, but at this time of year with strong winds the garden was thickly covered in leaves each morning, and a continuous dusting throughout the day! However, these are all challenges faced in our line of work and we will all look back on the garden with fond memories. I’m sure you’ll agree that the finished project is stunning.
The paving is Natural Slate, with contrasting rubber Millboard decking in between. Raised K-Rend borders and a bespoke cladded cedar fence really give great height to the garden. Central with the patio doors to the rear of the property runs a water feature, giving a great focal point from the house. With garden lighting in the borders, seating area and water feature you can also enjoy the garden in the evening and it feels like a completely different space, with a real glow and warm feel.
